Entering the Cyber World

I have had various blogs in the past, but I hope that by joining this community, I will find some kindred spirits. I am a lover of life, a lover of beauty in all forms. I am spiritual. I am creative and inspired. I love art, literature, travel, philosophy, and most important for the purpose of this blog, I love FASHION. There are many fashion bloggers out there, so I know that I am not alone.

I am a student at Parsons School of Design in NYC, studying Fashion Marketing. I hope to be a stylist or buyer one day, but right now would be happy just to work in fashion.

I am also an aspiring novelist, working on her third full-length novel. I have yet to send anything out to get published, but I am convinced it will happen sometime in the near future. I've been writing since I was ten- it's about time, I think.

I combine these loves often, writing about fashion and travel and everything in between. I've been accused of being too detailed and love going on "flights of fancy". I do not see limits to my mind or what it can produce.

I am also a bit of a fashion "soothsayer", so to speak. When I found out that trend-spotting was an actual job that one could have, I was very excited. I tend to sense before things become popular, trendy, or somehow relevant. In that way, I am my own woman.

So, my goals for this blog are to share my visions, my inspirations, and my thoughts on everyday life and the things that I love and experience. Thanks for taking the time to read my blog and I hope you stop by again.
